Fax a Document from Lotus Notes

You can create a mail message and send it to both mail recipients and fax recipients.
1. To create a mail message, do one of the following: 2. Enter the address information in the To field using the Recipient Name@Fax Number@ExtraFax syntax. For multiple recipients, separate the names with commas. See "Addressing Faxes" for more information.
3. (Optional) Enter the address information in the cc, bcc fields to identify who will receive a copy or a blind copy of the fax message.
4. Type a subject in the Subject field.
5. Type the body of the message.
6. (Optional) Click "Fax Options", and specify any fax related options you prefer. See "Adding Fax Delivery Options" for more information.
7. (Optional) Click "Delivery Options", and specify any e-mail delivery options that you prefer. In the "Priority" drop-down list, select High, Normal, or Low: 8. Send or save the message.
