Viewing Incoming SMS Messages

ExtraFax stores all the incoming SMS messages in the ExtraFax database under Incoming Faxes Received Faxes, awaiting for routing to the recipients through email if necessary.

How to view a received SMS message stored in ExtraFax database?

1. Open ExtraFax database with Lotus Notes Client.

2. In the left navigation menu of the ExtraFax database, select Incoming Faxes Received Faxes, and then double click on a particular Received SMS document to open its content.



3. Once the document is open, you will see the SMS message body and the related log details.
