Fax a Document from Lotus Notes

You could create a mail message and send it to both mail recipients and fax recipients.

1. To create a mail message, do one of the following:

2. Enter the address information in the To field using the Recipient Name@Fax Number@ExtraFax convention. Separate the names with commas. See Addressing Faxes for more details.

3. (Optional) Enter the address information in the cc, bcc fields for who will receive a copy or a blind copy of the fax message.

4. Type a subject in the Subject field.

5. Type the body of the message.

6. (Optional) Click Fax Options, and specify any fax options you want. See Adding Fax Delivery Options for more details.

7. (Optional) Click Delivery Options, and specify any delivery options you want.

8. Send or save the message.
