1. Notes routes the fax request immediately to the ExtraFax server.
2. the fax message will be queued at the top of the Waiting Queue (if there are more than one High Priority fax messages waiting, they will then be processed on a first-come-first-serve basis).
1. Notes routes the fax request to the ExtraFax server the next time the server schedules to send mail. This is the default setting.
2. ExtraFax will fax the message as soon as there are no more High priority requests in the queue.

Notes sends you a delivery report only if it could not deliver your fax request to the ExtraFax server or ExtraFax could not deliver the fax to the recipient's fax machine.
Notes always sends you a delivery report, telling you whether or not it delivered your fax request to ExtraFax server and ExtraFax server will send you a confirmation of delivery message if fax is successfully sent to the recipients' fax machine.
Notes sends you a report from each server that routes your message. The final report indicates whether Notes delivered the fax request successfully to ExtraFax server.
Neither Notes nor ExtraFax server send a delivery report (even if there is failure).
