Installing a Donjin Fax Board
This section describes the steps required to install a Donjin fax board for use with the ExtraFax server. Some hints for troubleshooting are also included in this document.
Installation
At the time of writing this document, NADK V1.8.1 is the latest driver for Donjin fax board. The fax board driver files, as well as the Installation and Configuration Guide can be found at the following link on Donjin website:

Important Note: Since the driver version and the installation guide may be updated occasionally, it is better to check for the latest information from the Extracomm Download page and Product Documentation page before starting the installation.
Troubleshooting
- Fax channel does not start up properly...
- Check whether there are any ExtraFax error messages showing on the Domino / ExtraFax consoles.
- Open the Donjin NADK Device Configuration Manager (Start
Programs
Donjin NADK Develop Kit
Device Configuration Manager) and check whether it can auto-detect your Donjin fax board and start the system service properly.
- Fax channel has started up properly, but fails to send or receive faxes...
- Check whether there are any ExtraFax error messages showing on the Domino / ExtraFax consoles
- Enable ExtraFax Detail Trace Log feature. For details, please refer to the "Enable ExtraFax Detail Trace Log" section in this Installation Guide.
- Try searching for a solution in the ExtraFax FAQ section and Support Forum.
