1. Please follow the instruction in the HP Digital Sender Administrator Guide to install and configure the HP Digital Sender. Then please install the HP Digital Sender software from the Digital Sender CD. The following components are required:

• Administrator Software
• HP Digital Sender Service

2. Once the Administrator Software and Service are setup and configured properly, please start the HP JetAdmin software. A list of Digital Senders will be shown:

Select the desired Digital Sender and select "Modify". On the Fax configuration screen, please enter the IP Address for the ExtraFax server and selec"t Lotus Domino Fax Server" for Product Name. Select "Enable Fax" to and click "Next" to continue.

3. Configure the HP Digital Sender Settings in Server configuration document.
In the Directory Path for Fax Job Files, then enter the path that is defined when the HP Digital Sender service was configured.:

To test connectivity between the HP Digital Sender and ExtraFax, from the Digital Sender send a fax using the following syntax:

name@faxnumber@extrafax

e.g. john@5551212@extrafax
